How does the app work?
Once you purchase one of our products, you will land on your daily dashboard which is the centre of JP4.
It shows you your weekly meal plan, your daily recipes, your workouts and the podcasts that will unlock true health and happiness.

The Menu Library of each Element is your store for content as it moves from your daily dashboard. If you want to take a deeper dive, the Library includes more in depth information and bonus content to help you on your journey.
My Journey will show your week in view.

Eat
Receive weekly Meal Plans and Recipes to nourish and fuel your body and your mind. Use food to feel good. Try out your own ideas as the program progresses. Learn how to fuel for brain, heart, gut and good mental health.

Sweat
Each day give yourself the gift of movement. JP4 schedules your HIIT, Strength or Core workouts with Jessie. Take a mindful walk, or mix it up with some Stretch and Flow.

Think
Create a greater awareness of the self and live more in the present. Quit worrying about what might be and create positivity in your daily life. Shed the mental weight and allow yourself to go on an inward journey to health and happiness.

Connect
Make purposeful connections with yourself and others. Build greater resilience.

We offer 2 premium 12 week programs: Regular and Vegetarian option. Both of these programs are offered as a one-off payment and subscribers will have access to their program for 12 months.
